We've partnered with Transeleven, a team with deep expertise in liability claims management, to make the claims process as smooth as possible. If a claim occurs, simply notify the Monoline team and we'll guide you through the rest.

How to Report a Claim

  1. Monoline platform: Log into your account at app.monoline.com, search for the customer's policy, and click into the policy page. Use the "Start a Claim" button in the Claims section to submit a First Notice of Loss.

  2. Email: Send claim details to [email protected].
