We cover recreational vehicles, watercraft, and jet skis under certain circumstances.

Recreational Vehicles & Jet Skis: These can be insured if a primary insurer provides a personal liability policy with a minimum liability limit of $300,000 CSL or $250,000/$500,000/$100,000 split limits. Primary insurer must be an admitted insurer with A.M. Best Rating of B+ (VII) or higher.

Eligible recreational vehicles include jet skis, dune buggies, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), minibikes, trail bikes, snowmobiles, and golf carts that are not licensed for road use.

Not eligible:

  • Unlicensed recreational vehicles or jet skis with a speed greater than 60 MPH

  • Any three-wheeled ATV

Boats & Watercraft: Watercraft can be insured if a primary insurer provides a personal watercraft policy with a minimum liability limit of $300,000 CSL or $250,000/$500,000/$100,000 split limits. Primary insurer must be an admitted insurer with A.M. Best Rating of B+ (VII) or higher.

To be eligible, watercraft must:

  1. Have a maximum speed less than 60 MPH

  2. Be under 50 feet in length

  3. Not carry passengers or cargo for a fee
