Setting up Ivans Download
Once your agency completes the setup, Monoline will seamlessly download your transaction data directly into your Ivans mailbox for easy access through your agency management system.
How to set it up in your Monoline Dashboard:
Ensure you are logged in as an Admin.
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Integrations" from the menu.
Click "Enable" in the Ivans box.
Enter your Ivans "Y-Account" Code.
Any information about Monoline required by your own agency management system is available for you here. Once everything is set up, we’ll send you a confirmation (typically within the same business day).
Important Note: Commission Statements
Please be aware that the current Ivans implementation does not support commission statements. These documents will not be downloaded automatically to your management system.
How to Access Commission Statements: You can still access these reports manually through the dashboard:
Ensure you are logged in as an Admin.
Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Commission Reports" from the dropdown menu.
Any information about Monoline required by your own agency management system is available for you here. Once everything is set up, we’ll send you a confirmation (same business day).
