Please note the following specific exclusions regarding business and commercial activities:
Business Operations: The policy explicitly excludes loss arising out of "business operations".
Definition: "Business" is defined broadly as any trade, profession, occupation, or farming activities. This definition encompasses "personal business" or side-hustles if they fall under these categories.
LLCs & Trusts: Losses arising out of the business operations of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Trust are also excluded.
Commercial Vehicle Use: Coverage is excluded for any auto while it is being used to carry persons or property for compensation or a fee. This includes, but is not limited to, the delivery of food or any other products.
Ride-Sharing: Autos used for ride-sharing (or registered/rented for that purpose) are excluded from coverage.
Ineligible Watercraft: Watercraft carrying passengers or cargo for a fee are not eligible for coverage.
