How does a client or an insured make changes to their policy?

Currently, Monoline does not have a customer-facing portal that allows insureds to log in and make changes to their policies directly.

Process for Requesting Changes

Because there is no direct access for the insured, all policy changes and endorsement requests must be handled through the Agent of record.

  1. The Insured should contact the Agent who placed the policy to request the necessary changes.

  2. The Agent will then access their Monoline dashboard to process the endorsement or update the policy details on behalf of the client.
