What do you consider a Major Violation?
Major violations include reckless driving, DUI, hit and run, excessive speeding, and other serious offenses with significant legal consequences:
- Driving while suspended or revoked
- Reckless driving
- Driving wrong side/divided highway
- Evading officer/reckless driving
- Reckless driving/causing bodily injury
- Explosives transportation
- Speed contest /exhibition of speed (including aiding or abetting)
- Hit and run (with or without injury)
- Speed over 100mph
- Manslaughter (with or without gross negligence)
- Alcohol/Drug related violations including but not limited to:
- DUI (including both dangerous drugs not narcotics, alcoholic beverage and/or drugs)
- DUI/BAC 0.04% or more/commercial vehicle
- Minor driving w/ BAC of 0.05% or more
