Drivers with one (not more) major violation within the past five years are acceptable, however, youthful drivers with a major violation are not acceptable and additional rules apply for Alcohol/Drug violations.

- Drivers with a major violation within last five years must have minimum $500,000/500,000/100,000 or $500,000 CSL primary limits
